Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Watch
Place the watch and all original accessories securely in the original packaging to ensure the items are protected during transit.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated shipping carrier and keep your receipt; we will process your refund within 7-10 business days of arrival.
